Job market.

It's so hard to look for a job nowadays. It's either you can't  find any vacancy that suited with your qualification or there no job available in the market. I been looking a part time job but most of the vacancy out there require a full time employee. 

 

Few days ago, I saw a job advertisement and they only offer RM1000 for clerk position. The working hours are from 8am to 5pm on the weekday. The job also require the person to work on Saturday from 8am to 4.30pm. It's not fair to me. The working hours is too long and they only offer a minimum wages to their employees. 

Could a person survive with RM1000 in a month? How much will it be after tax, after pay utilities bills and others, will it be enough? This may lead a person to borrow money from loan shark or moneylenders. Worst come to worst if the person was not able to pay the loan they got. Employers should consider a person basis living cost and offer a higher salary to their employees, so that they can live off with their salary instead of asking money from their parents or loan shark.

Pictures, prices and descriptions of the PROPERTIES will be displayed after the search is done. 

There also have section of question and answer for users if they have any INQUIRY about the website or properties and so on. 

Sadly, there are not much people aware of the existence of “Propwall” because most of the real estates and properties that published are from WEST MALAYSIA. The website should try improve and add more resources of properties from east Malaysia such as Sarawak and Sabah. 

In general, the website is very helpful and useful for those who can’t be at the location itself to search for properties to purchase or rent. Not only it CONVENIENT but it may also save our time as we don’t need to go look for properties ourselves by driving here and there.
